How much do I have to pay upfront?

You pay the first month’s rent + a one-off $30 administration fee + $100 deposit if renting an internal storage unit. The deposit is refunded upon departure after proof is received of the unit being clean and empty.
Is there a deposit?

If you’re storing items in an internal storage unit, a deposit of $100 is required. This is refunded upon departure after proof is received of the unit being clean and empty.
How often can I access my goods?

As many times as you like between the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
What if I lose my keys?

You are responsible for your lock, and you will need to show photo identification to our local staff to arrange to get the lock removed.
Do you sell boxes?

Unfortunately, we don’t sell boxes or packing supplies.
What happens if I don’t pay my storage fees?

This would be very sad if this happened, and from time to time this has occurred. As per our terms and conditions, if you are late then access to the site is denied. If you are 2 weeks late in paying you will incur a $50 late fee. If more than 28 days late, we do have the right to gain access to your storage space and sell the contents to recoup any losses. We do, however, try to avoid this at all costs.
