Reservations & Move-In


  • Storage units in Port Lincoln, Kwinana and Alice Springs are subject to availability and are on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
  • Tenants can move in once payment and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions are received.
  • Minimum of one month’s rental + a one-off $30 administration fee is payable at the time of booking.


Facility


  • Each facility access has an individual pin code or key.
  • Tenants provide their own padlock. For security purposes, we reserve the right to undertake regular random pin changes. You will be notified if your pin is changed.
  • Access to each site is from 7 am to 7 pm, seven (7) days a week.
  • Some facilities do not have lighting on the storage sheds but have lighting on the facility grounds.


Requirements


  • Copy of a driver’s license/passport is required for documentation purposes.
  • Photos of the vehicle/trailer must be submitted if renting an open space parking.

Payment


  • Upfront payment to be paid on the day of booking the unit/space and is required prior to access to the storage unit. This includes first month’s rent + a one-off $30 administration fee + $100 deposit if renting an internal storage unit. The deposit is refunded upon departure, after proof is received of the unit being clean and empty. 
  • Monthly rental payments MUST be made via Direct Debit on a bank account or via credit card.
  • Payment does not include insurance. All tenants are responsible for ensuring their goods are insured.


Vacating & Termination of Agreement


  • Fourteen days’ notice must be given for termination of the agreement.
  • Deposit will be refunded when tenants send a photo of the unit as empty and clean with the unit number showing. Deposit will not be refunded unless proof is received that the unit is left clean and empty.

For example, items not allowed to be stored include dangerous items, such as gasoline, fertilisers, paint, chemicals, fireworks, explosives, narcotics and propane tanks. Tip: if it’s flammable, it probably can’t be placed inside a storage unit. Other items not allowed to be stored include perishable food, medicine and plants.

  • Do you have a minimum storage rental period?

    The minimal rental storage period is one month.

  • Is there a maximum storage rental period?

    There is no maximum hire period. Once you hire a space, it simply continues month to month until you advise us that you are vacating. Two weeks’ notice is required before vacating.
